Everybody has natural leadership qualities – we will help you to discover them within yourself and to make them available to you in all areas of life.
Target group:
This workshop is especially designed for people in leading positions: executives in the field of economy and industry, self-employed people, free lancers as well as people working in the social field like teachers and pedagogues.
Why are horses the ideal partners?
It lies within the nature of the horse to seek for leading but also to be able to clearly distinguish between “truth” and “pretending” of leaders.
Horses easily indicate strengths and weaknesses in leadership.
True leading means to cause followership by free will.
